Small Coffee Bar Strives for Dreams

Hi readers! This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting the cutest coffee bar in Dripping Springs - just outside of Austin, Texas. This unique establishment - Le Muse- was recommended to my boyfriend and I by his family. I decided, what the hell, let's check it out. I AM SO GLAD WE DID. Not only did I find the perfect coffee bar to blog about, but I met an aspiring owner that warmed my heart. I know first hand how it feels to have your own business and strive for your dreams to become reality.

Here is a look at the outside of this coffee bar. It's super cute. It's a step up from your average food truck and has a very Austinesque - shabby feel to it. The seating and interior of this trailer mimicked the exterior.

The seating and cold brew stand are cute af. It warms my heart seeing that the owner thought about the children with his seating and gave them multiple options for play.

CHECK OUT THE INSIDE. STINKIN' CUTE. I absolutely ADORE it and was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside to see this planned out interior.

Not only is the interior amazing, but the way the owner portrays his love for the business, is absolutely inspiring. He was very informative and helpful. My boyfriend I ordered the last three breakfast burritos and were unsure of what else we were wanting. This is when he explained that he had cinnamon rolls:

This is when he explained to us that the ingredients in these cinnamon rolls were all made from fresh ingredients from the Black Bear Farm & Apiary! I was intrigued by this, and just HAD to try one out. They did NOT disappoint. They were unique to my pallette - I had never before tasted cinnamon rolls with such a wonderful honey flavor. He explained that the owners of this farm used its' own eggs, milk, and honey in these! So that is when I decided to do some research. Here is a little about the family that runs this farm as stated on their website:

Black Bear Farm is a small family farm just outside of Austin, TX. We're currently home to 2 dairy cows, 2 peacocks, 100 chickens, 1 dog, 3 cats, 50,000ish bees, a few fish, 3 beautiful children and 2 wanna-be farmers!

SO, after purchasing 3 breakfast burritos and a cinnamon roll, he inquired about what

we would like to drink. We must've given him unsure looks, because he offered for us to try out his two fresh juices. He handed my boyfriend I a strawberry juice and cantaloupe (I think it was cantaloupe.. I don't remember lol). We decided on strawberry.. because it was AMAZING. I've never given my tastebuds the pleasure of such a fresh tasting strawberry juice and they were looovin' it. I wish I could convey just how amazing it was... guess you'll have to check it out for yourself ;). Just check out my face in this photo.. AND ON TOP of the amazing juice, he asked me if I would like to try his in house honey infused boba bubbles. These were HANDS DOWN the best boba bubbles I have ever enjoyed. They had an amazing honey flavor to them and it complimented my fresh strawberry juice so well. The way he talked about his bubbles, you could tell that he really enjoyed his work and took pride in everything he produced. I wish that I had unlimited time and money to sit and try everything that he had to offer at this adorable coffee bar.
