Hi readers!

Now, onto my Kylie Dupes Review!
I purchased this Birthday Edition Set Kylie from Joom. I first ran across Joom on an ad on Facebook. Since I'm a super fan of cheap things, as you guys will come to know, I HADDDD to download it. DUPES FOR CHEAP? YES, PLEASE.
That's when I searched the app for something that I figured would be a fun product to review.. and that's when I stumbled upon these Kylie Matte Lipstick dupes! I have noticed similar items being posted all over Facebook Marketplace (I knew they were dupes - trying to pass for the real deal). This was super intriguing to me - "lemme check this shit out for myself". SO THAT, is when I purchased this! AAAAND GUESS WHAT? This set cost me $5. Yup, that's all that it cost me. When a regular Kylie Matte like this would cost me $17 EACH. I saved $97.
HOWEVER, it was a super steal for the $5 for me to purchase... but it was also a "Steal" to my bank account. They froze my account after this purchase, thinking someone stole my card information. This is definitely not the first time I have ordered something from China, nor the last. This is why I was so infuriated/confused at why they thought my card was stolen.
ANYYYYWAAAYS, onto the Kylie Dupe Information. SO, this set came with 6 Matte Lipsticks. I tried every one of them on and even swatched them as well. (Check video link about if you're wanting to see me try them all on).

Here is the lipstick colors and the case that I received them in. The cover had a giant sticker on the front - AWFUL to try and remove. I chalked this up to them trying to prevent people to resell their product as legit "Kylies". They look very similar in design to the real lipsticks - claps to them for this.

Here are the colors swatched on my arm. They are very pigmented matte lipsticks. I was super shocked when I discovered that the quality of these lipsticks were comparable to expensive brands - higher than drugstore selections.
If you watched the video of my unboxing, you witnessed the mess of applying the first lipstick over a layer of lip plumper that I was already wearing. BIG MISTAKE. Make sure to clean your lips before applying these - OR IT WILL STICK LIKE GLUE. You don't want that shit, obviously if you're purchasing Matte.
I have done my research and have compared the legit Kylie lipsticks to this dupe pack and I was surprised that even copied the names! Here are the Dupes and Kylies side-by-side with matching names:
Name: Leo

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: The colors are definitely different. The Dupe is a deeper red than the real Kylie.
Name: Exposed

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: Colors are definitely different. The real Kylie is more of a nude and the Dupe has more pink pigment in it.
Name: Kristen

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: The Dupe is DEF. brighter than the Real Kylie.
Name: Koko K

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: The real Kylie is a much more pale pigment than the Dupe.
Name: Candy K

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: The real version is much much lighter in color.
Name: Dolce K ( Written as DOLCEK on the dupe)

Real Kylie

Dupe Kylie
Verdict: The Dupe is MUUUCH darker than the Real Kylie.
Overall, the colors are definitely not a match. I honestly like the Real Kylie matte colors more, but I do like a few of the Dupes. I would say NOT to order the dupes if you're wanting the exact colors of Kylie. However, if you like the Dupe colors, GO FOR IT. It's totally worth the $5 and like 3 months of delivery time LOL.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post! I appreciate you :). Be sure to check out my other posts, if you haven't already.
